An Online Baking Class – French teacakes and cookies

Join the party! An online baking class where you’ll learn to bake French Teacakes and cookies from the comfort of your home kitchen. Take part in a 2-day interactive online baking course with our chefs in France. Your French baking experience is just a Zoom call away.

In this 2-course (2 days) online baking class series, you’ll be baking up delectable French small cakes & cookies along with Chef Eric LIVE via Zoom. Each session will be limited to 6 participants and will last about 2-2.5 hours each day. Each class will be followed by a Q&A session with the chef. This class is interactive and relaxed. No stress in our kitchen!


Day 1 – Raspberry Barquettes, Chocolate Hazelnut Madeleine, Lemon Tarragon Diamant cookies, – Class Duration: ~2-2.5 hours

Day 2 – Macarons de Nancy (GF), Gâteau Invisible (GF), Chocolate Caramel Delight (GF), Biscotti (V) – Class Duration: ~2-2.5 hours

ONLINE baking Class taught in English

Class Duration: 2 consecutive days of an interactive Zoom session. The time required per lesson 2-2.5 hours

*Number of participants refers to the number of individual connections to our zoom session. You can be multiple people in the same kitchen but we ask that you try not to be more than 2 people as much for your own benefit as for your fellow participants & chef-instructor.
** It is possible to register for only 1 day of this course series as you prefer. Please note that some recipes are started on the first day and finished the second day. You will have the full recipes for any day for which you are registered so you can complete anything you did not take part in, in class.

Number Recipes: 7 recipes
Average Food Cost: About 20-30 euros and assumes that you have some basic ingredients available in your kitchen (Sugar, Flour, Eggs . . .)
For accuracy with the recipes: For some of the recipes we may do in this class, there are some essential tools: A stand-up mixer (a hand-held may be used but it won’t be as easy), a candy thermometer (essential for sugar confection and is not required for all recipes), Piping bags, and tips (depending on the recipe), and a kitchen scale (French baking and pastry are very precise and a scale is the only way to control accuracy).
 This class will be offered as follows: The time the class is scheduled is based on CET (Central European Time). While we have tried to calculate the time in a few time zones, we ask that you please ensure you check your time zone.
