How to find a learning program on Escaplore?
You can filter the available programs by your interests or by the program locations. Join Escaplore community to be the first one to get the exclusive deals, exciting updates here.
How to book a learning program?
Once you find the learning program you’d like to participate, simply click book and follow the steps to complete the reservation. You’ll get an email confirmation with details of your booking. In order to manage your bookings easily, we recommend an account to be registered on Escaplore before or during the booking process.
What's the cancellation policy?
Although we encourage organizers to allow cancellation at least 7 days prior to the program starting date, each learning program has its own policy. Due to the length, the preparation, and the cost of the programs, a full refund will only be issued according to the cancellation policy listed in the program details. Please be sure to review the policy on your program details before booking. Escaplore can not make exceptions to program organizers policy.
When will I get my refund after cancellation?
If a refund is authorized by the organizer under the program cancellation policy, please allow your program organizer 2-5 business day to process your refund.
